Yeah, I got it for Christmas and we played a quick game last night. We won comfortably (bit of an anticlimax), but it was obviously a lot easier when you start with no diseases on the board FitzBilleh Smilie

I can imagine it will be much more tense when you can get outbreaks right from the start

Ha, thought we'd waltzed through it a bit easy! Also that gives purpose to the first few turns! Interestingly, that was one of the ways we'd suggested to make it more challenging. Neat.

Also didn't realise that once a cure is found a medic instantly clears a city they are in without using an action (though we didn't play as medic).

Apparently we are meant to start with diseases on the board from the start... "Setup
